Please look at all SEVEN photos. If you are not very familiar with Aramaic, there is an excellent article about it on Wikipedia. This book analyzes ancient Aramaic writings of eastern Syria and Palestine. Aramaic was also the common spoken language of the Jewish people during the time of Jesus. The documents used/analyzed in this book provide historical background material for events during the reign of King Jeroboam II, King Uzziah, and the prophet Amos in the Old Testament. You can see in two of the photos the chapter headings in the book. This book is an ex-library copy discarded by the School of Theology at the University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee. It does not have its original cover, but in this case that’s a positive. The school sent it off to a company that replaced the original cover with one of those nearly indestructible library covers, and it did its job. The interior of the book is in Very Good-to-Near Fine condition. It will be carefully packaged to insure safe shipping. FREE SHIPPING & TRACKING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
