Condition of the book is good. Exterior is as shown. Creases and slight dents and spine is a tad worn. The interior has extensive markings from underlining to circling of words and perhaps even small doodles. If you want the book in hand, this is not an “ideal” option, but it is good enough and will get you through property law at a fraction of the cost compared to what you would pay at your law school or an online bookstore.
